Moulding Hydraulic Press Machine for plastic cap
This cap compressor machinery is particulary designed to produce various kinds of medicine, cosmetic and beverage bottle caps. The heated materials are extruded from extruder, cutted by segregation plate through screw driving and shared to each cavity equably, then molded to be caps by forming system. The machine is controlled by PLC, including frequency control system, hydraulic system, temperature control system and cooling system. The operation system is easy and automatic with man-machine conversation. As same production capacity, its cost is much lower than produced caps form injection machine, It perfects products with this technology, since there is no gate on cap or now wastes for hot runner.
It adopts hydraulic driven system which is a stable transmission supplying larger pressure for mould,and also equipped with computerized automatic temperature control and extruder speed matching device to adjust temprature and material.There are 16 to 48 cavities for your choice.The maximum productivity can reach 45000pcs one hour.
Bottle caps are made from plastic granular raw material which is fed via the hopper, fluidized with high temperature, and then forms die block that is extruded from the discharge outlet of the extruder, cut with the cutting tray, uniformly distributed into each die cavity and finally mould pressed.
